"Lou and I were so fortunate to attend. We left motivated, with our hearts filled with joy because we met really nice people. The home tour was one of my favorites. The food was spectacular and we were grateful because we didn't have to worry about our meals or transportation since we were at the Marriott the majority of our time. I gave all 5, and 4 to a couple things-like the IRA info. It was insightful, but would have liked to seen an example or an application of how we could use it for an investment property. Never the less, it was great info and we do plan on connecting w/ Mr. Blitz once we get situated with the house we're working on.
